Q: What are your rates for service?
A: Our rates are currently $89 per hour for service. A 3 hour service call would cost $89 x 3 = $267 + parts used
Q: How do I get an estimate for work?
A: Call the office during working hours & we will schedule the estimate to meet your schedule. Estimates are free and I recommend getting an estimate before calling to have work completed. This will save you money over calling & having us come out the same day.
Q: What are the steps to getting City water installed at my home?
A: Step 1: Pay the water tap fees to your municipal office. Step 2: Once the crews have installed the tap at your property line call us and we will install the service line. Step 3: we will call the city and have the water meter installed and the water turned on.
Q: How long does it take to install a furnace & an air conditioner?
A: The typical installation takes about 1 full day to complete. In most cases we can do the work in 1 day, however it sometimes takes 2 days to complete.
Q: How much does it cost to have plumbing & heating installed in a new home?
A: Typical plumbing costs are around $3 - $4 per sq ft and heating is also around $3 - $4. for a 2,000 sq ft home a rough budget cost would be $14,000. this is based on 3.50 per sq ft for plumbing & for heating.
